Who we are and what this covers

eTrillium Technologies ("eTrillium", "we", "us") operates www.etrilliumtech.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It covers this website only. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement — in those engagements the client is the data controller and their own privacy terms apply.

    Information we collect

    Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry. If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you choose to include in that message.

    Information collected automatically

Our hosting and analytics tools record technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction events such as clicks and scroll depth.

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or special-category data through this website, and we do not ask for them in our forms.

    03

    How we use your information

    • Respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation you requested.
    • Send follow-up communication directly related to that inquiry.
    • Understand how the site is used so we can improve content and performance.
    • Keep the site secure and diagnose technical faults.
    • Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and session-replay tools, on legitimate interests for site security and responding to business inquiries, and on legal obligation where retention is required by law. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process contact form data for the purpose you submitted it for.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

    04

    Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar storage for two purposes: keeping the site working, and measuring how it is used. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which also records anonymized session replays of on-page interaction.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out browser add-on, or enable Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track in your browser. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect access to any part of this site.

    05

    Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers below, and only to the extent they need it to run this website. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, and to professional advisers where necessary to protect our legal rights.

    06

    International transfers

eTrillium is based in India and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country — including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

    07

    How long we keep it

    • Contact form and email inquiries — up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted unless a client relationship began.
    • Analytics data — retained per the provider's default window (14 months for Google Analytics, 12 months for Microsoft Clarity).
    • Server and security logs — short-term, typically under 90 days.

Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are held for the period the law requires.

    08

    Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

    • Confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
    • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
    • Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
    • Restrict or object to a particular use, including analytics.
    • Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
    • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

Email support@etrilliumtech.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in India you may escalate to the Data Protection Board once we have had a chance to resolve your grievance.

    09

    How we protect your data

The site is served over HTTPS, access to inquiry data is limited to the eTrillium staff who need it, and we choose providers that maintain recognized security certifications. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form — tell us instead and we will arrange a secure channel.

    10

    Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

    12

    Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the tools we use change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
